We apologize for the intermittent nature of the forecast but we are severely restricted in bandwidth by UCT IT policy. We have motivated for increased bandwidth but this has been declined. Perhaps if you as a user of the forecast could motivate on our behalf we might be successful in getting more bandwidth. So please could you email a motivation (why/how you use the forecast, how often, how useful it is to you etc.) to myweather@csag.uct.ac.za and we will take it to the relevant people.
